Applying to join
You must be honest.
Make sure you are single.
Be willing to prove you identity.
You must be willing to take on the responsibilities of a long term relationship.
If you have a criminal record, physical or mental condition, please disclose it.
When a meeting has been arranged
Please arrive on time for an introduction.
If you are running late or change your mind contact Higida as early as possible.
Higida will require feedback on the experience.
If Membership is refused
It is not your fault.
Higida reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone considered unsuitable.
Higida will withdraw membership for bad behaviour.
If you want to cancel your Membership
You may do this at any time and the unexpired proportion of the Membership Fee will be refunded in full.
Your details will then be removed from the database.
Higida will require feedback of your experience.
If making a complaint
Higida will ensure effective action is taken to settle any complaints.
If you can justifiably show that Higida has not given you the service agreed to, you will be entitled to a proportionate refund or an extension of Membership for an agreed period of time.
